  How does Membership work?

Pick up your produce once a week at the CSA located in historic Cromwell Valley Park.  The growing season provides at least 24 weeks of organic vegetables and fruits, most picked and washed the same day you arrive.  Weigh and bag your own vegetables and fruits from baskets of the week’s fresh harvest.

All members are welcome to volunteer to work on the farm in order to learn more about the process of growing food organically. Some members split a share with a friend or neighbor!  For current year costs and membership options, download the PDF commitment form.

What else do I get when I join?

When you join a CSA, you also

  • Reduce your carbon footprint and eat green!!
  • Support local agriculture
  • Keep Maryland farmland open and productive
  • Farm without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, use methods that preserve and improve the soil and water
  • Forge a connection with the land where your food is grown and the people who grow it
  • Receive weekly newsletters with gardening tips and recipes
  • Learn new skills at workshops on cooking, canning, composting, etc.
Cromwell Valley Park also sponsors plenty of old-fashioned farm fun: hayrides, planting and harvest celebrations, and holiday parties.
